Craving Coffee was born from a simple but relentless obsession: the pursuit of a truly perfect cup. We're a specialty roastery dedicated to sourcing the world's finest single-origin beans and roasting them with the care and precision they deserve. Where Our Beans Come From

Great coffee starts long before the roaster. It starts in the soil.

We source single-origin beans from some of the most celebrated growing regions on earth — from the sun-drenched highlands of Ethiopia and the volcanic slopes of Guatemala, to the lush valleys of Colombia, the misty mountains of Sumatra, and beyond. Each origin brings its own distinct character: bright citrus and floral notes, deep chocolatey richness, or complex earthy depth.

We work directly with farmers and cooperatives who share our commitment to quality and sustainable growing practices. When you choose a Craving Coffee single-origin, you're not just tasting a region — you're tasting the work of the people who grew it.

Our Roasting Process

Freshness isn't a marketing word for us. It's a promise.

Every batch is roasted to order in small quantities, allowing us to dial in the precise roast profile that brings out the best in each bean. We don't roast ahead and let bags sit on shelves. We roast, we rest, we ship — so that what arrives at your door is at peak flavor, not past it.

Our roasters obsess over every variable: temperature curves, airflow, development time. Because the difference between a good roast and a great one lives in the details.
